Batsheva Eadan Hay

Batsheva joins S.R. Labby following her career as a litigator at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and Pryor Cashman, where she litigated complex commercial, entertainment, intellectual property and white collar criminal matters for public companies, private equity portfolio companies and family-owned firms, as well as individuals.

Batsheva’s expertise as a litigator makes her an acute assessor of liability risks on behalf of our corporate and private risk management and security clients. She also counsels our clients in entertainment law and intellectual property matters, where the range and depth of Batsheva’s experience is supported by her and her co-writer’s continuing development of their own television and web series.

As part of her commitment to civil enforcement of women’s rights and pro bono legal service, Batsheva also advised victims of domestic violence.

Batsheva earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center after obtaining an M.A in psychology and a B.A. from Stanford University, with honors. While at Georgetown, Batsheva was an editor of the Georgetown Law Journal, and worked at the National Women’s Law Center and Georgetown Law Center’s Domestic Violence Clinic.
